The ceremony starts at 3pm so we recommend arriving for 2:30pm.

The ceremony will be held outside. The cocktail hour and reception will be in the ballroom indoors.

Yes! You must bring a valid ID with you in order to be let onto the base.

There is 24 hour valet parking available at the hotel.

Standard check-in at the Thayer Hotel is at 4:00 PM, which is after our ceremony begins at 3:00 PM. The hotel is aware of our wedding and will do their best to accommodate early check-in for our guests, and they are typically successful in doing so. That said, we recommend arriving ready for the ceremony just in case your room isn't available yet. You are welcome to store your luggage with the front desk upon arrival so you can head straight to the celebration!

We recommend booking at the Holiday Inn, it is about a 10min drive to the Thayer. We do not have a room block there.
